Every time, and I mean every time, I have gone in for service, there is a friendly greeting and I am called by my name. Every question I ask is answered and minor things such as my trunk closing automatically, are done right then by Mike. Things like that could very easily be referred to repair, charged and I wouldn't know the difference. I feel they are trustworthy, take good care of my car, and don't try to take advantage of me. They are the reason I have bought two Nissans from Melloy.
I found the sales people friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They clearly had a good product and were selling it on its merits . The leasing option was clearly described and the minimal additional cost clearly presented.
The first thing I would like to address is that Melloy Nissan never at one time ever "pressured" nor "rushed" me during my shopping experience. I think I test drove 4 vehicles and walked the lot back & forth forever before I chose my 2013 Nissan Altima Sedan. I asked alot of questions about each vehicle and I never once seen my salesman once get frustrated with me nor try to persuade me to settle on just anything. I sure appreciated that. And that he understood that when I knew I found my new car.. I would know. That's is what always springs to mind first and is what I tell my family, friends, and coworkers. The second thing is the Services after I purchased my car are truly exceptional. I like the quick call backs, and immediate response time with any service issues I may be having or needing. Melloy Nissan was a HUGE help to my boyfriend and me this past week. We stayed in LA all summer and figured we'd stop by ABQ on our way back to St. Louis (home!) where I have an important job interview. We were 20 minutes outside of Albuquerque when our 350z suddenly overheated and lost engine power. Completely unfamiliar with the area, we called AAA and asked that we get towed to the nearest Nissan dealership. Thank God it was Melloy! We ended up having to park the car in the street since they were closed for the night, so we dropped our keys in the drop box and prayed that our car could get looked at first thing in the morning. My boyfriend got called BEFORE 7:30am (the service dept's official opening time) and was told that our car would be their top priority. The staff was incredibly reassuring and told us they'd try to finish the radiator repair by the end of the day. Turns out, Melloy had to get parts from two separate stores yet still had the car ready to go by 5pm! Not only that, but we were able to get picked up from our hotel by an extremely courteous and friendly Melloy employee named Steve. The repairs definitely weren't cheap, but pretty comparable to anywhere else. Everyone was friendly and really understood that we were in a bind. Thanks to Melloy I'm getting to my interview on time tomorrow!
This is a super dealership from sales/finance to service/parts. They are the best that I have delt with in the 47 vehicles that I have owned since 1956. They bend over backwards to make sure that you are more than completely satisfied. Mr. Bob Melloy has built a wonderful establishment- may God give hime another 90 years to keep it going.
Our experience was wonderful!!! Not the usual "Dance" back and forth, very direct and upfront. Miguel was wonderful, polite and very informative about the car. Jeanette was super and not pushy, easy to make the deal with, she is super at her job. Brandon did the paperwork and was so nice, and he made us feel very comfortable. David came out and showed us how things in the car work, he programmed things in for us, a very kind man. We will tell our Friend's about the super Customer Service! Thank you.
I had a great experience with vince and fred, no pressure, great communication and followed up with my requests. I purchased in the last eight months , a sentra, titan and now a maxima, i have purchased vehicles through other dealers, but at the end fred and vince went the extra mile for me.
If I were you, I will talk to Mark Chavez about buying a car. I already had a deal set up in California where I live. I was in town for one night on business, and I took two buses to get to this dealership just to see a certain color on Nissan Rogue. I had just swam laps, so I was in my gym suit, wet hair, plastic bag in my hand. I definitely didn't look like someone who was going to be buying a new Rogue, or any car for that matter. When Mark approached me, I told him, "Listen, I am only here to look at the color. I don't live here and I don't want to waste your time." He smiled and said "No problem, I don't have anything else to do right now." So we became kind of like friends and we started talking about the car. We checked out a lot of cars. He gave me the prices he could sell the cars for, and I knew his prices were excellent since I had done so much research on the vehicle. I ended up test driving the car to my hotel where our visit ended. Mark said he has sold a lot of cars. He is able to do that because he is a good person as well as a good salesman. If you want a car, do your research, have your questions ready and go see Mark. .
I was greeted promptly upon entering the showroom, a sales associate was promptly summoned. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He followed the sales process attentively. He went out of the way to obtain a missing key for me. The orientation tour by David (I think) was also very thorough. He explained all the features to my wife before we drove off. The car had a full tank of gas when we drove it off. The service department was friendly. They knew what they were to do (program the new keys) thanks to Miguel. The service waiting area was small, but comfortable. MOST importantly, it was dog friendly, so I could wait with my retriever. They finished the job in under 30 minutes.
I would like to thank Mike A. (service advisor) at Melloy Nissan for all of his great help. Any time I call to set up an appointment he accomadates us. When were there he treats me and my famliy like were part of his family. He has always been very honest with me. Keep up the good work. In all honesty I have never had any issues with any of the personal in the service department. They are very knowledgeable and fair. Keep up the good work Melloy Nissan. Eric helped us purchase two new cars: Nissan 370Z Nismo and 2013 Nissan Altima. We had a much happier experience at this dealership than the dealership in Rio Rancho. We were able to approach Eric with any concerns and he was able to take care of them in a timely manner and because of Eric, our family will come back here for future purchases.
Outstanding customer experience in the service department. Had my Rouge expertly handled by Mike Anderson and service techs. I can't recommend more Melloy Nissan for their expertise and professional customer service -- great bottled water too.
