As usual, RAYAN MELLOY demonstrated to be a very attentive helpful and pleasant sales person, that is why with his service I have purchased three new vehicles including the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab two days go, a Dodge Eldorado Citadel and a Dodge Challenge at your dealership within the last four years. I would also like to mention another sales person, SHAWN NEW, whom upon my visit to the dealership approached me in a very cordial manner, I told him that I would like to see Rayan since he is my usual sales representative, he told me that Rayan was not there and he would be happy to mention my visit to him. The next day Rayan called me and ask me if I could see him. I was able to finalize the purchase on the same day. Service consultant, Mike Anderson, was great. The wait was a bit long, however. I dropped the vehicle off at 11:00 am and left the service department at 5:30 pm. I took the vehicle for a 75,000 mile service.

If I were you, I will talk to Mark Chavez about buying a car. I already had a deal set up in California where I live. I was in town for one night on business, and I took two buses to get to this dealership just to see a certain color on Nissan Rogue. I had just swam laps, so I was in my gym suit, wet hair, plastic bag in my hand. I definitely didn't look like someone who was going to be buying a new Rogue, or any car for that matter. When Mark approached me, I told him, "Listen, I am only here to look at the color. I don't live here and I don't want to waste your time." He smiled and said "No problem, I don't have anything else to do right now." So we became kind of like friends and we started talking about the car. We checked out a lot of cars. He gave me the prices he could sell the cars for, and I knew his prices were excellent since I had done so much research on the vehicle. I ended up test driving the car to my hotel where our visit ended. Mark said he has sold a lot of cars. He is able to do that because he is a good person as well as a good salesman. If you want a car, do your research, have your questions ready and go see Mark.

Melloy Nissan was a HUGE help to my boyfriend and me this past week. We stayed in LA all summer and figured we'd stop by ABQ on our way back to St. Louis (home!) where I have an important job interview. We were 20 minutes outside of Albuquerque when our 350z suddenly overheated and lost engine power. Completely unfamiliar with the area, we called AAA and asked that we get towed to the nearest Nissan dealership. Thank God it was Melloy! We ended up having to park the car in the street since they were closed for the night, so we dropped our keys in the drop box and prayed that our car could get looked at first thing in the morning. My boyfriend got called BEFORE 7:30am (the service dept's official opening time) and was told that our car would be their top priority. The staff was incredibly reassuring and told us they'd try to finish the radiator repair by the end of the day. Turns out, Melloy had to get parts from two separate stores yet still had the car ready to go by 5pm! Not only that, but we were able to get picked up from our hotel by an extremely courteous and friendly Melloy employee named Steve. The repairs definitely weren't cheap, but pretty comparable to anywhere else. Everyone was friendly and really understood that we were in a bind. Thanks to Melloy I'm getting to my interview on time tomorrow!
Hey Toby, just wanted you to know that Keith and I are still absolutely in love with our car! We still think you put a curse on it though, because we ALWAYS have flies all over it. I guess we could look at it like that is you always being with us!!! LOL.
I am driving a 2013 Nissan Maxima and was in Albuquerque on business when something went wrong with the transmission that kept it in a low gear preventing me from being able to drive more than 40 MPH. I brought the car into Melloy Nissan's service department and they did an exceptional job of taking care of me and my vehicle. Since I needed to make it to my meeting and there were no loaner or rental vehicles available, the General Manager, Roy Benson loaned his personal vehicle to me, allowing me to make it to my appointment on time. As it turned out, the problem was with my Maxima's ECM and Melloy Nissan replaced the part under warranty. they had my Maxima fixed, washed and ready to go by 2:00 PM. To say I am impressed is an understatement... This has got to be one of the best dealerships I have ever had a vehicle serviced at... And, I have used a lot of them!

We were notified that there was a recall on our Altima, so we made an appointment to take it in for Mike Anderson to look at it. He looked at it personally, and checked for other recalls. We were assured that all was good to go. Once again, we are TOTALLY satisfied with Melloy, Mike and the entire crew! I just want to say that Melloy Nissan did it again! To be exact, Juan and toby. My husband and I took our Altima in to set up an appointment to have the transmission looked at, because it was acting up. We had already made the appointment with Mike out in the service dept. On the way out, we stopped by Toby's office to say hello. My husband made the comment that we should "just go look at the new Altimas". To make a long story short, we left there with a BRAND NEW Nissan Altima. We just thought the Altima couldn't get any better.....We absolutely love our new car. We purchased our used Murano at the big Tent sale in Albuquerque, a couple of weeks ago. The vehicle was pretty dirty due to rain, when we got home and washed the vehicle, we found a couple of dings on passenger side door and drivers door. Then the front bumper had a ding, I truly thought nothing would get fixed, but I was wrong. Our sale representative, Lahny Porter and his Manager, took care of those dings for us. I want to thank them for their customer service. Their "paint touch-up guy" does excellent work!!!

I had a wonderful sales person! William pulled out 5 sets of keys and was very patient with me. I did not want to drive the vehicle on the freeway and he understood and let me choose the route of my test drive. We started with a Nissan Pathfinder next a Ford Explorer. After I had test drove the Ford, he was ready for the next pick. I was sold on the Nissan Pathfinder! It is a perfect vehicle for my family. I have purchase the last 5 vehicles from Melloy. I love the treatment that me and my son received on the day of purchase for the new vehicle. My son is special needs and William took all the time to explain and answer every question my son had! Hit and run. I will bring with me the insurance contact information so that you can contact them. Damage to passenger side door and frame near and on bottom just barely in front of the wheel well. Also Diff Lock light sometimes stays on as well as the antiskid light (lock). After a short time the Diff lock light goes off and the ABS light goes on as well as BOTH antiskid lights. There might some alignment issues or brake issues, but I have had no detectable change in break performance. I live in Cleveland, NM and will need a loaner or rental. This be a drop-off with a pick-up after the repair is completed.

As soon as I pulled in I was greated by a very nice gentleman. As soon as everything was completed he went over everything that was done. He was very kind as was the whole staff while I waited.
(My last visit was 11/20/2014): Brought it in for a Lube/Oil/Filter change, rotate tires, and to fix a loud 'fluttery' noise coming from behind the dash whenever the fan was running. Brian Dau had me in and out in under an hour with everything done, and the fluttery noise gone.

I brought in my Altima to have the tires rotated and have it checked over. They found a hose that was leaking and it was replaced for no charge due to being covered in the warranty period.

By far the best experience in buying a vehicle! Our salswoman, Susan Miller, was knowledgeable and listened to our wants and needs. She was extremely attentive and patient with our tired two year old. We walked away with exactly what we wanted, an excellent interest rate and a lower payment than we expected . The financial officer, Ken Engle, was also direct and to the point. I am beyond pleased with their customer service!
We were traveling across I-40 and had car problems. Worried about being stuck at a shop for too long, we called ahead and spoke with Jeff in Service. He was great, had us bring it in, and dealt with the problem quickly. It was just a battery problem, so not a huge deal, but they took care of us and got us back on the road!

My sales person Susan was also very good she took the time to get to know me and found out that I love Starbucks Coffee and as we were on my test drive we stopped at a starbucks and she bought me a drink. The members of the service center went above and beyond to try to help me fix an issue I should educated myself on prior to leaving my house in an all electric vehicle. Being ignorant to the fact that I would need a very specific adapter to charge my model s at a non-tesla charging station, and choosing to ignore the cars navigation system, I found myself stranded in Albuquerque. Lesson learned. Thank you to the men at the Nissan service center for trying to make my day better, they provided beyond 5-star service to this non-Nissan owner. Thanks guys.
